2nd Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2010 – Day 2

The full collection of hot air balloons were tethered for an amazing display of colors, shapes, sizes and characters on the second day of the Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloons Fiesta.

I have a feeling that the second Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloons Fiesta 2010 will be an even more successful event than last year judging from the huge crowds and the long queue forming besides the tethered hot air balloon rides for the public. The RM10 rides has proven to be a hot, must do activity at the fiesta. Helicopter rides are also available at RM150 per head if you are looking for more thrill and adventure.

If you are a shopaholic, do not despair: you could spend the day at the numerous tents set up to sell various merchandise ranging from apparels to foot wear. If you are hungry, you could feast at the many stalls and kitchen-on-wheels that hawk Nasi Lemak, KFC, Pizza Hut and many other local fares. Its carnival-like atmosphere really turned the often boring and empty fields into the center of Putrajaya’s universe.
